Supported Work Role
For NDIS participants · Paid supported employment · Bairnsdale
Genuine paid work, with support built in - for NDIS participants who are ready to build work skills, routine and confidence in a place they already know and love.
Real work, shaped around you
Our Supported Work Program creates real, paid roles alongside our team. It's not a work-experience placement or a token task - it's a genuine job, built around what you're good at and what you enjoy.
We work alongside you at every step, at your own pace. Over time, many participants take on more responsibility and build toward more independent employment.
This role is delivered through our Supported Work Program and funded through your NDIS plan.
