Meaningful Work, Done Differently
Jobs and pathways at ESports Collective, Bairnsdale
ESports Collective is Bairnsdale's gaming and NDIS community hub, and a genuinely different place to work. Some of our roles call for lived experience of neurodivergence or disability; others, like allied health, call for professional training. Whatever you bring, if you want work that actually matters, we'd love to hear from you.

Work that actually feels like it matters
We're a flexible, innovative employer offering roles for people of all ages and backgrounds. Here's what makes working here different.
A different kind of role
Support that happens through gaming, D&D and genuine connection - not clipboards and clinical rooms.
Flexible by design
Hours and employment type are negotiable. Most roles start casual and can grow into part-time as we do.
Genuinely different settings
Work from our Bairnsdale hub, out in the community, and around the things young people actually love.
Room to grow
Participants, volunteers and trainees have all become paid members of our team. The pathways here are real.
