The Supported Work Program places NDIS participants in paid roles within ESports Collective, working alongside our team in a professional, inclusive environment designed for neurodivergent success.
Participants aren't observers. They're employees. They show up, contribute, develop skills, and get paid for their work, with the support structures in place to help them thrive from day one and grow over time. For young people who love gaming, this is a workplace that already makes sense to them.
This is long-term supported employment, not a short-term placement or a trial. Real work. Real pay. Real responsibilities.
Who is Supported Work built for?
NDIS participants who want to work but haven't found an employer who understands their needs - young people who are neurodivergent or have an intellectual disability for whom open employment has felt out of reach, not for lack of desire or capability, but for lack of the right environment.
It's for anyone who has been told they're not quite ready for open employment but knows they have something real to contribute. For many participants, Supported Work is a natural next step after Social Circle or the Skills Workshop, when they're ready to put what they've built to work.
Real roles, real responsibilities
Roles are simple, consistent, and matched to participant strengths.
Venue operations
Keeping our space clean, tidy and ready for the day: wiping down stations, setting up equipment, and welcoming visitors. Simple, consistent tasks that build routine, reliability and confidence in a workplace setting.
Gaming sessions support
Helping set up and run our After School Club sessions: getting equipment ready, welcoming students, and being a familiar, friendly face in the room.
Room to grow, no pressure
For participants who grow into the role, there may be opportunities to move into peer mentoring over time - but there's no pressure to do more than feels right. All roles are supported, with consistent supervision and clear expectations.
Easy to refer, clear to document
The Supported Work Program is funded under the NDIS Finding and Keeping a Job support category, aligned to employment goals in a participant's plan - we're happy to map the right line items with you.

How do we get started?
Make a referral through our online form, email ndis@esportscollective.com.au or call 0499 330 836. We'll discuss the participant's suitability, match them to an available role, and sort out a service agreement.
