Personalised, purposeful, by appointment

Skill development that doesn't feel clinical

The Skills Workshop is our dedicated NDIS skill development program in Bairnsdale, delivered as structured 1:1 and small-group sessions from our purpose-built facility on Macleod Street. Sessions are scheduled by appointment and designed around each participant's goals, availability and support needs.

This isn't a one-size-fits-all program. Gaming and technology are at the heart of what we do, but the skills participants build here, like communication, planning and regulation, transfer far beyond our walls.

Every session is purposeful, personalised and connected to real outcomes.

Who it's for

Who is the Skills Workshop for?

NDIS participants working toward specific skill development goals in their plan, in an environment that feels natural rather than clinical - and neurodivergent young people (autism, ADHD, anxiety, intellectual disability and more) who learn best through structured, interest-led activities rather than a worksheet.

It suits anyone building toward greater independence - in daily life, in the community, or in the workplace - whether they're just starting out or ready to take the next step toward employment or independent living. If someone has goals in their NDIS plan but hasn't found the right environment to work on them, this is the program for them.
